By purchasing and downloading this theme, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

License and Usage

By purchasing the Bento Ghost Theme, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the theme on a single website domain. You may not resell or redistribute the theme in any form.

Payment

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy. I do not store or collect your payment card details. Please read their Terms for more information.

Refunds

Refunds are available within 7 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, please contact bento@happy.one. Refunds will be issued at our discretion and may be subject to processing fees. You are not eligible for a refund after 7 days of the purchase date. I may refuse refunds if I consider someone is trying to take advantage of this generous policy.

You cannot use the theme on your website after the refund.

Limited Support

Please refer to the documentation for theme support.

If the instructions are unclear or you believe you have found a bug, please report it to bento@happy.one, and I will do my best to fix it as soon as possible.

I do not provide support for customization or integration of additional features. Consider involving one of the Ghost Experts.

Updates

Purchasing this theme entitles you to receive updates and bug fixes for free, for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. However, I reserve the right to discontinue the product and its updates at any time without prior notice.

Compatibility

While I strive to ensure compatibility with the latest version of Ghost CMS, I cannot guarantee compatibility with future versions. It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility before updating.

Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of the theme. All rights and ownership remain with the seller.

Customization

You are allowed to customize the theme to suit your needs. However, I am not responsible for any issues that arise from customization or third-party plugins.

Liability

I am not liable for any damages or losses incurred through the use of this theme, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

Termination

I reserve the right to terminate your access to support and updates if you violate any of these terms and conditions.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
